Hello, since I am going abroad for a while, I am renting out my 1-room studio apartment (45 m2) for 6 months. The apartment is fully furnished, and everything you need for daily life is available. It is located on the 3rd floor of a recent construction with an elevator, and it also features a balcony and a sleeping alcove (almost as large as an additional room). The apartment is situated in the Köpenick district, directly opposite the "Zur Nachtheide" tram/bus stop. Moving in is possible immediately / as soon as possible.
