Looking for a new tenant (Nachmieter) for my apartment in a new building (Neubau) in Schöneberg: 1.5 rooms with an excellent layout, floor heating, built-in kitchen and balcony. The building has an interesting architecture and a roof terrace with a great view over Berlin. Lovely neighbourhood next to the famous Akazienstrasse with restaurants, cafes and shops. Very well connected with U7, S1 and Ringbahn plus buses along the Hauptstrasse. The new tenant needs to be approved by the landlord.
