Very cosy 40m2 flat in the beautiful and safe area of Prenzlauer Berg. Lots of cafés, restaurants, yoga, bakeries and bar around, without being noisy. The appartment is well isolated for a quiet and warm winter, no street noises can be heard from the flat. The sleeping area is a 2m15 x 2m mezzanine with a 140x200 queen size bed for 2. The ladder is not visible on the pictures because i like to detach it sometimes for a more minimalistic vibe. It is very safe and confortable to use.
