This room has a kitchenette right outside the room which you will be using mostly by yourself :) 2 rents have to be paid upfront (one for security which will be used towards your last month rent)- in Berlin there is City-Tax on the first 21 nights! It is nearly impossible to find a space like ours! Super centrally located, in a neighbouring street to the Kudamm, Berlins most famous shopping street! A safe area with lots of high quality establishments such as restaurants, cafes, bars...
