You have fast internet and you can use evrything in the kitchen - Dishwasher (Siemens), Washmashine (Miele), Coffemashine (Philips), oven (Amilo) etc. My parents live in that place, they both are working and they wish some one who works or goes to university as a roommate. We rent the romm since 2012 so my parents are already used to have someone in the room for more than 8 (hidden) can of course make a registration at our place.
